Flovex offers a wide range of products to meet the needs of its customers. The exchangers are designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical regulations and specific requirements of the application sector. The range of materials includes titanium, monel, duplex, superduplex, AISI 904 etc. as well as carbon steel, stainless steel, admiralty, naval brass, aluminum brass, cupronickel. The clientele includes the most important EPCs and end users active in international projects.
Design and construction
According to TEMA standards:
– Single or duplex configuration
– Design for high pressures and high temperatures
– Condensers
– Safety coolers (double tube – double sheets)
Certifications in accordance with the main local regulations (Canada, Australia, Brazil, etc.).
Materials used
The materials normally used include: Copper, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper alloys (Admiralty, Naval Brass, Aluminium Brass, CuNi..) Titanium, Monel, Duplex, Superduplex (High SAF 2205), AISI 904,…etc. Flovex has a large warehouse with ASME/ASTM certified materials to supply special products in short time.
HTRI software
Flovex holds the license to use the internationally recognized Heat Transfer Research Institute (HTRI) software for thermodynamic design.
