The use of heat exchangers for reciprocating compressors is essential, since the air is compressed and heated, passing through successive stages in which the pressure reached by the air at the end of compression assumes gradually increasing values. Between one stage and the next it is necessary to cool the air which would otherwise reach too high temperatures.

Depending on the needs, we are able to work with both dry and humid air, to ensure the best performance of the compression unit. We work closely with compressor manufacturers to optimize the exchanger and compressor during the design phase.

We also produce exchangers for cooling lubrication oil, also in accordance with API618 and for cooling hydraulic circuit water.
