Air coolers represents a valid alternative for the cooling of various fluids and compressed gas where no cooling water is available or where its consumption is avoided.
The peculiarity of this series is the study and selection of its components in order to give good thermal efficiency together with rugged construction
The series proposed tow versions, one type A for medium/low flowrate and one type B for high flowrate.
There are four models for LT series:
LTO – low duty air coolers
LTD – double motors air coolers
LTF/M – high duty air coolers
Main cooler body
It is realized in aluminium with passing canals equipped with turbulence device in order to increase the thermic efficiency.
Fan
Can be realized in aluminium or hard plastic.
Main cooler body
It can be realized with smooth tubes, finned tubes and finned packs in different materials such as: stainless steel, copper, aluminium, titanium, etc..
Manifolds
These are designed to allow the passage of gas and fluids at the expected flowrate and realized in stainless steel or carbon steel.
Thermostat
Each appliance is equipped with a fixed range thermostat.
