HEAT EXCHANGERS
A production line designed for the most common industrial uses
Flovex has developed its standard production line to offer proven, efficient and competitive exchangers. The products are developed for industrial applications, in search of the maximum ratio between efficiency and robustness.
Design and construction
Materials with stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, cupronickel tubes, in both the traditional smooth and fully finned versions.
This last solution increases the exchange surface, reducing the overall dimensions and obtaining a reduced water consumption. Flovex has a large warehouse of already tested exchangers to manage deliveries in extremely short times.
When particular conditions require it, we combine the basic execution with a wide range of options with Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Brass, Monel tubes, in the traditional smooth and fully finned executions. Our standard exchangers are all tested internally.
Applications
The Flovex exchangers of the standard range cover a wide range of applications: from hydraulics to thermoregulation, from machines for processing plastics and metals to rotating machines and even biogas.
The basic configuration is of the fixed bundle type but for different needs Flovex also offers the extractable bundle, light aluminum exchangers, floating head solutions for high temperatures, with U-bundle, in addition to the series of air exchangers.
